Learning and Leading Large-Scale Organizational Change

Posted on January 30, 2014 by Ron Milam

Screen Shot 2014-01-30 at 8.14.50 AMI invite you to read a blog post I wrote for the Pepperdine Graziadio Voice reflecting on my recent learning experience in Costa Rica. I share my experiences learning about Appreciative Inquiry and reflect why I greatly value this graduate program in Organization Development. Prior to Costa Rica, I participated in a team project in Lyon, France investigating organizational change on a smaller scale.
