Pacific Pattern

Having consulted for over 150 organizations and networks since 2005, I know first-hand the power of leaders working together on issues related to climate, heath and equity. For the last several years, I’ve partnered with Sara Daleiden on multiple consulting projects and am excited to share we’ve formed a consulting cooperative with another long-time friend and colleague, Russell Horning. We’re calling it Pacific Pattern.

Pacific Pattern is a cooperative network of strategists, facilitators, and practitioners dedicated to cultivating equitable climate resilience across the ecosystems of the Pacific region. Our client collaborators are leaders, organizations, and networks committed to strategic practice that strengthens internal culture and external relationships for transformative impact. Our facilitation draws in lived experience of social structures and climate impacts across diverse identities and landscapes. Our passion to co-create the strategy and practice of implementation that follows is grounded in decades of professional experience integrating ecological, economic, and racial and gender equity initiatives.
