Over the course of four years, I worked closely with my colleague Sara Daleiden to co-facilitate several gatherings for the Urban Land Institute Health Leaders Network. We facilitated engaging conversations in Los Angeles, Denver, Boston and Washington, D.C., as well as virtually. Working closely with the ULI team, we co-created engaging agendas that facilitated relationship building, learning and action. We worked hard to bring multiple perspectives to the surface, encourage balanced participation and lift up racial equity as a key pillar. Check out this ULI blog post for more details.
